Ability Plan Management Services

Our Story

At Ability Plus Care Services, we started with a simple idea: to provide reliable and compassionate home care services to those in need. Over the last year, we have grown into a trusted provider of quality care, serving the needs of our clients with dedication and professionalism. We realised we wanted to extend our focus to work with our clients to explore their needs, goals and aspirations and develop a better plan that specifies how supports will be funded to enable our client to have a good and able life, thriving!   Our new Plan Manager will pay providers for supports delivered, help you monitor your funds, and provide financial reporting. Our new Service will work with our Support coordinator who will support you to understand and implement supports included in your plan and advocate for changes on your behalf when necessary.

What we will do for you!

 Plan Design and Financial Management

  • Budget Management: We will assist our clients design their plan, understand and manage their NDIS budget for that plan, including setting up budgets and planning for varying support costs. 
  • Invoice Processing: We will handle all provider invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. 
  • Payment to Providers: We will organise the payments to providers on behalf of our clients for approved supports. 
  • Financial Reporting: We will review, provide and explain regular budget statements and financial reports to our clients. 
  • Tracking Spending: We will monitor spending and provide updates on budget balances and spending. 
  • Claim Processing: We will submit claims to the NDIS on behalf of our clients. 

Communication and Support

  • Provider Liaison: We will be the point of contact between our clients and their providers. 
  • NDIS Guidance: We will provide guidance and support to our clients regarding their NDIS plan and allocated funding in liaison with the Support Coordinator. 
  • Service Agreement Management: We will review and manage service agreements with providers. 
  • Provider Access: We will assist our clients find and connect with appropriate providers. 

Compliance

  • Ensures Compliance: We will ensure that all payments and invoices are compliant in accordance with the NDIS rules and regulations. 
  • Scrutinise Invoices: We will scrutinise all invoices to ensure providers are charging the correct rates.
