- Plan Comprehension: Our Support Coordinators assist clients in understanding their NDIS plan, including its goals, budget, and available supports.
- Provider Connections: They help connect our clients with relevant NDIS providers, community services, our Care Services Team, and other support networks with best matched services.
- Skill Building: Our Support Coordinators work with our clients to build skills and confidence in managing their NDIS plan and accessing supports. They also link to our sister companies for JOB SEEKING ASSISTANCE (ARIS ZINC RECRUITMENT) and Veteran Support (ARIS ZINC ACADEMY - LIFE AFTER UNITFORMS PROGRAM)
- Goal Achievement: They help our clients identify and pursue their goals, ensuring that the supports they receive are aligned with their needs and aspirations.
- Advocacy: Support Coordinators will advocate for our clients' needs and rights within the NDIS system.
