Join our dedicated team as a Support Coordinator. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with participants to understand their NDIS plans and connect them with suitable service providers.
  • Monitor progress, identify any potential barriers, and promptly address issues to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community services, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.


APCS458 Plan Manager (Located: Braddon ACT)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Plan Manager to oversee and streamline participants’ NDIS funding. As a Plan Manager, you will:

  • Manage client plans: matched services with budgets, pay invoices, and reconcile accounts to support participants’ NDIS plans.
  • Provide clear guidance on funding usage and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.
  • Build trust with participants and families by offering transparent financial reporting and personalised support.


APCS459 Care Support Worker (Northside and Southside Canberra)
Become a valued member of the Ability Plus Care Services team as a Care Support Worker. In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Offer personalised, in-home care to NDIS participants, supporting them with daily living activities and social engagement.
  • Advocate for each individual’s well-being and encourage independence and community participation.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider care team to deliver holistic, person-centred services.


AZG111 Finance Officer (Braddon, ACT)
ARIS ZINC GROUP is seeking a meticulous Finance Officer to support our team with day-to-day financial operations and reporting. In this role, you will:

  • Process invoices, manage payroll, and maintain accurate financial records in line with jurisdictional laws, NDIS guidelines and our corporate company policies across the group reporting to the Corporate Accountant.
  • Collaborate with the Plan Management team for Ability Plus Care Services to ensure timely payments and transparent reporting for participants.
  • Assist in financial analysis, reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting to support informed decision-making and organisational growth.
